WelcomeOdyssey Youth Center is the only all inclusive lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning and straight-allied (LGBTQA) youth center in the Spokane, WA area. Initially begun as a program of the Spokane Regional Health District in 1992, OYC became an independent, nonprofit 501(c)3 agency in 2001.
